The Healthy Experience

When people think of losing weight they automatically equate it with a traditional chicken and broccoli diet. I am here to show you that eating healthy does not have to be dull.

In fact, it can be incredibly enjoyable during and after the process. Every time I crave something “bad,” I don’t avoid it. Instead, I substitute it with a healthy alternative, and this is exactly what I’ve done in my cook book!
